4. Data Storage / Online Shop / Contract Processing

For the purpose of facilitating the purchasing process and processing contracts, personal data that you provide during an order process (e.g. name, address, contact details, ordered products) are processed.

Payment data (e.g. credit card details) are not stored by us, but are processed exclusively by certified payment service providers.

In addition, all personal data you provide to us are processed for the purpose of contract performance.

Without these data, a contract cannot be concluded.

5. Disclosure of Data / Processors

Depending on the purpose of processing, we may transfer personal data to processors engaged by us. We carefully select our processors and have concluded data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR to ensure confidential and secure data processing.

Data may be transferred in particular to:

  • Payment service providers / banks (payment processing)

  • Transport and shipping companies (delivery of goods)

  • Tax advisors (fulfilment of legal tax obligations)

Any further disclosure will only take place with your consent.

6. Storage Period

If a purchase process is aborted, the data stored by us will be deleted.

In the event of a concluded contract, personal data will be stored for 7 years in accordance with statutory retention obligations under tax law.

Data such as name, address, purchased products and purchase date will additionally be stored for 10 years due to product liability obligations.

A transfer of data to the United States cannot be excluded. Google processes data on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
