FAQ & DOWNLOADS
When you purchase the ATLAS probe, it will be sent to you securely protected in an aluminium case. In addition to the probe, the ATLAS case also contains an inductive charging pad, matching charging cables and plugs, operating instructions, brochures with general information about the probe and our repair service, and, upon request, we will be happy to send you an introductory video about the probe and the app. The app is also included in the purchase.
Once the probe is switched on, it generates its own Wi-Fi signal, which is displayed in the Wi-Fi settings on your device. The Wi-Fi name corresponds to the serial number of your probe. You will find this on the back of the probe.
Connect your device to the Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi password corresponds to the serial number in lowercase letters. (without SN)
The ATLAS app is compatible with iOS and Android.
iOS:
iPhone & iPad: Requires iOS 12.0 or later.
Mac: Requires macOS 11.0 (or later) and a Mac with Apple M1 chip (or later).
Android:
Android 7.0 or later
To download the ATLAS app, simply click on the ‘DOWNLOADS’ category (next to ‘UNITS & PROBES’) at the top of the page.
Then open the ‘ATLAS App’ column. Next, select the button for your operating system.
To install the Android app, simply unzip the ZIP file on your device and then install the APK file it contains.
The standard warranty period is 12 months. It can be extended indefinitely. If you would like to extend your warranty, please contact us.
