  • What is included when purchasing an ATLAS probe?
    When you purchase the ATLAS probe, it will be sent to you securely protected in an aluminium case. In addition to the probe, the ATLAS case also contains an inductive charging pad, matching charging cables and plugs, operating instructions, brochures with general information about the probe and our repair service, and, upon request, we will be happy to send you an introductory video about the probe and the app. The app is also included in the purchase.
  • How do I connect the probe to my device?
    Once the probe is switched on, it generates its own Wi-Fi signal, which is displayed in the Wi-Fi settings on your device. The Wi-Fi name corresponds to the serial number of your probe. You will find this on the back of the probe. Connect your device to the Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi password corresponds to the serial number in lowercase letters. (without SN)
  • Which operating systems is the app compatible with
    The ATLAS app is compatible with iOS and Android. iOS: iPhone & iPad: Requires iOS 12.0 or later. Mac: Requires macOS 11.0 (or later) and a Mac with Apple M1 chip (or later). Android: Android 7.0 or later
  • Where can I download the ATLAS app?
    To download the ATLAS app, simply click on the ‘DOWNLOADS’ category (next to ‘UNITS & PROBES’) at the top of the page. Then open the ‘ATLAS App’ column. Next, select the button for your operating system. To install the Android app, simply unzip the ZIP file on your device and then install the APK file it contains.
  • How long is the warranty on my probe?
    The standard warranty period is 12 months. It can be extended indefinitely. If you would like to extend your warranty, please contact us.
  • How long does the battery last?
    With continuous sound approx. 2.5 to 3 hours.
  • Which probe brands can be repaired?
    We repair all common brands such as Samsung, Philips, GE, Siemens, Toshiba, Mindray, Esaote, etc. We also repair endoscopes (Fujifilm, Storz, Olympus, etc.).
  • How long does a repair take?
    The duration of the repair depends greatly on the type of repair. Therefore, the probe will first be analysed and then a cost estimate with repair duration will be sent to you. You can find the different types of repairs in our folder, which can be found under the categories ‘DOWNLOADS’ and ‘PROBE REPAIR’.
  • Is there a warranty on repaired parts?
    Yes, you receive a 6-month warranty on repaired parts.
  • Which brands are offered?
    We stock all major brands, such as Samsung, Philips, GE, Siemens, Toshiba, Mindray, Esaote, Fujifilm, Storz, Olympus, etc.
  • What condition are the products in?
    We offer used, refurbished, demo and new products.
  • Is there a warranty on the devices and probes?
    Yes, generally at least 30 days, and even longer for refurbished, demo and new probes!
